Are my card details secure when shopping on your site

They are absolutely safe with us.  We do not see all of your details and neither do others.  We use Sagepay, a recognised and widely used payment processing gateway and their business is payment processing, so they are soley focused on and at the forefront of transaction security.  You can also choose Paypal to pay for your item at the checkout.  Paypal is the most recognised payment system and allows you to pay either with your credit card or an active Paypal account.  All of your personal payment details pass through Paypals Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits which is the highest level commercially available today.  We do not receive any card or bank details from you, only the address that you have entered for postage of your purchased items.


New legislation has just been passed enforcing a company to notify a customer before they enter their website that they store cookies (customer information).  The Gorgeous Company website does not store cookies or personal information.

Do you have a shop

We don't have a shop just yet, we hope to open one at some stage soon so please stay in touch and we can notify you when the first Gorgeous store opens.

Do you ship overseas

We do post our Gorgeous items overseas and have done so to many Countries.  Most destinations are built into our checkout but if you encounter a problem during the shopping process please send us an email advising which items you are interested in, the destination, and we will reply to you as quickly as possible.

Do you have a gift wrap service

We do not offer a gift wrapping service at present, but we are very happy to send items to another person on your behalf as a gift and send the purchase receipt to you. We will ensure the items are Gorgeously wrapped and we know that the receipient will be thrilled upon receipt.  If the item is to be sent overseas further postage costs will apply, please contact ask via the ASK A QUESTION tab.    

What are Gorgeous Angel Points

When you make a purchase with us you can create a Gorgeous Angel account and collect points on your purchases.  These points can be redeemed at any time in the future and they are our way of saying thank you and offering a benefit to loyal customers who come back and shop with us again.  When you spend £1 you will receive 10 points, £5 = 50 points, £10 = 100 points and so on.  When you redeem your points, 200 points are equivalent to £1.  Points can only be redeemed on products, not delivery services, and when you are redeeming points no points will be earned on the discounted purchase. What is your returns policy

What if an item is out of stock

If you find an item out of stock while shopping on the website please drop us an email advising us which item you are interested in.  Usually we restock within two to three weeks and by contacting us you might find that we will already be receiving more within days.

Does The Gorgeous Company wholesale its product

We do supply a small number of stores with a selection of our items.  If you are interested in stocking some of our Gorgeous products please send an email to

Does the Gorgeous Company work with Charities

We work with and donate to Charities but we have not adopted a full time Charity partner yet.  If you run a Charity we are always interested to hear from you, your story and what sets you apart from the others.

Product Quality

We inspect 100% of our products, expecting the best from our suppliers so that we are confident to send an excellent quality product to the customer.  When quality controlling a product we take into consideration that when it is handmade it will display individuality and quirks that are characterisitc of hand workmanship.


We try and recycle our packaging as much as possible.  If you receive a product in preused bubble wrap or cardboard please do not view it as a lower level of service or that we don't care, we care A LOT and this is why we recycle some packaging becasue it is considering our planet and we feel it is very wasteful to throw away something that can be used again.

Personalised Items

Personalised items DO NOT qualify for next day delivery due to the time they take to create.  We do our utmost to have your personlised order sent to you as soon as possible, but at busy times during the year this will take a little longer than usual.
